Abby-Sue Wears Matilda Jane
We have a very girly little girl; she adores dressing up and feeling beautiful. I am not a big fan of clothing characters. It's not so much that it feels like I'm buying a pushed agenda when I buy it (which I am of course) but the part that sticks uncomfortably with me is that it is so generic and so unimaginative and frankly temporary and trendy. Don't get me wrong. I do buy her the occasional Cinderella tee but I try to keep these purchases to a minimum. I think that her childhood should be celebrated with lots of patterns, breathable fabrics and ruffles. And lots of colors...naturally. Awhile ago a neighbor shared a Matilda Jane outfit with me that her daughter had outgrown and I caught the bug. It is a company created on the Trunk Show concept which works particularly well for them I think because there is absolutely nothing on the market quite like what they do. This line is especially popular in Dallas I hear. What do you think? xoxo Agnes

I think you are a fantastic mother and that Abby Sue is so many kinds of adorable and lucky, in or out of these cute clothes. xo
Too cute!
I think girls will be girls, and you're doing a good job of channeling her need to express herself into something a little more unique. Good job, mom!
I love these clothes!! So unique, colorful, comfy, and fun :))
