A Darling Swedish Home

Today I thought it would be fun to share with you the sweetest home you have ever seen.  Holly from Decor8 first interviewed Helena Shaeder on Cookie Magazine and ever since I have had this home and creative lady stuck in my head in the loveliest way you can imagine.

I don't know what it is that I love most about this home; I really can't put my finger on just one thing.  I think it has to be the combination of fresh and clean colors combined with a truly livable combination of furniture and decor that create such a haven of happiness that really excites me about Helena's space...that and her free use of her own creativity throughout her house.

And the very first thing that caught my eye was her vibrant use of Pip Studio wallpaper.  I have a thing for Pip, the kind of thing where you crave their wallpaper every day sort of thing.  In any case, Helena has so inspired me in my own home decorating that I am off to look at wallpaper for Abby-Sue's bedroom.  I think you will agree, this sweet Swedish home is just packed with charm and good style.

I absolutely agree with you!! It's like a dream home, and her little girl's room is both cute & childish and yet sophisticated enough to remain the room of a teenage girl :)

It's gorgeous! I love how she uses so much colour, but it keeps that lovely Scandinavian whiteness, too. Beautiful!

I think it is the light that captures my attention the most. My next home I am paying close attention to how much light floods into the rooms
